OXFORD City continued their strong start to pre-season with a 5-2 win at Didcot Town.

The Hoops backed up their 9-0 thrashing of Barry Town with another commanding display.

At Loop Meadow, a trialist gave City an early lead after Zac McEachran’s effort was parried, while Josh Parker slid in from close range to double the lead.

Another Hoops trialist added the third goal, running from halfway and cutting in from the right, before drilling the ball into the far corner.

McEachran made it 4-0 at half-time when he curled home from the edge of the penalty box.
