A road has reopened following a major crash which has left a driver with life-threatening injuries.
The A34 southbound between Didcot and Chilton reopened this morning.
It had been closed since around 1pm on Wednesday (November 20) after a major crash involving a car and a lorry.
Emergency resurfacing works were carried out overnight.
This morning National Highways said there are around 10 minutes of delays with one mile of congestion remaining on approach, and urged motorists to "allow time for these to clear".

Emergency services, including a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, were in attendance.

A statement issued by National Highways on Wednesday evening said: "This closure will remain in place until the road can be gritted and made safe."

South Central Ambulance Service confirmed the driver of the car was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital and had suffered life-threatening injuries.
Diversions were in place on Wednesday as all emergency services were at the scene, with drivers stuck in traffic for more than four hours.

In a statement issued on Wednesday afternoon, Thames Valley Police said: “The A34 southbound carriageway between Milton and Chilton is currently closed following a serious road traffic collision involving a heavy goods vehicle.
“The road is likely to remain closed for several hours while investigations are under way.
“If you witnessed the incident or have any dash-cam footage that may help our investigation please call 101 quoting 855 of today (20/11).”
