Thames Travel is holding a special event for those interested in becoming bus drivers.
The recruitment day offers a fast-track route for suitable candidates to secure a full-time or part-time driving job.
A £4,000 bonus scheme is also available for people who hold an existing PCV licence.
The drop-in event will take place on Sunday, November 24 for job seekers to learn more about life as a bus or coach driver, while also helping with the application process.
Luke Marion, Thames Travel managing director, said: "Bus and coach driving is a hugely rewarding job and a lot of our drivers have been with us for many years.
"They are a vital part of our community, helping connect people, reduce congestion and improve air quality.
"Our recruitment days help keep the process as simple as possible and I'd encourage people to come and check it out."
The event will be held between 10am and 3pm in the Singer Suite at Milton Hill House Hotel in Steventon, Abingdon.
A free shuttle service will be available from Abingdon and Didcot to the hotel.
Candidates need to have held a manual driving licence for at least 12 months and have customer service experience.
A variety of full and part-time shift patterns are available to suit different lifestyles.
Successful candidates will receive full training and benefits including free bus travel for immediate family.
