Passengers, Elliot Pullen, 17, Daniel Hancock, 18 and Ethan Goddard, 18 all died in the early hours of June 20 last year after a BMW crashed into a tree in Frilford Road in the village near Abingdon.

However, this has now been delayed to Wednesday, December 18.

The defendant will remain on unconditional bail until his next court hearing after being charged via postal requisition.
