The Duke pub and restaurant in Henley is undergoing a major refurbishment before it opens in December.
A complete refurbishment is underway, transforming the 2,600 sq ft space to include 65 covers, an improved bar area, dining room, and a small courtyard.
Henley Pub Co, a new venture by Henry Day, acquired the premises on Duke Street through Brakspear.
The Duke will be the third establishment under the company's management, following The Royal and The Coachmakers Arms in Wallingford.
Mr Day said: "The Duke is set to be a real foodie destination with the menu changing often to reflect the seasons.
"I want people to pop in for a really good pub lunch, dinner, or Sunday roast with friends and family, or for a quick pint or leisurely glass of wine in the bar and feel like the pub has always been part of Henley life."
Once opened, the pub will sport the company's signature rich colour scheme of naval blues, burgundy, and light blue, along with textures reflecting the pub's history and the local area.
Henley Pub Co said the pub and restaurant "will be a foodie bolt-hole for locals and visitors to Henley alike".
The menu will feature small plates made from seasonal British ingredients, with a focus on Sunday roasts.
It will be accompanied by a selection of wines, local cask ales, beers, and cocktails.
