Permission has been granted for 151 homes to be built at a development in Didcot.
One of the builders at the Valley Park site, Charles Church, has been given the green light by Vale of White Horse District Council officers to build the next batch of properties.
Valley Park is set to feature a total of 4,254 homes once it is complete.
The scheme will also see £50 million worth of investment in facilities including two primary schools, a special education school, and a healthcare centre.
Charles Church Wessex deputy managing director, Seb Spiller, said: "We are thrilled to announce the approval for the next phase of homes at our Valley Park development in Didcot.
"Securing permission for an additional 151 properties is a significant milestone that underscores our commitment to delivering sustainable and high-quality housing in Oxfordshire.
"As a five-star builder, we are proud to create a zero-carbon ready community that prioritises environmental responsibility, featuring air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points, and solar panels.
"This development is not just about homes - it’s about creating a vibrant community with essential amenities, including new schools and a healthcare centre, supported by a £50 million investment."
The new homes will not use gas, with each home featuring air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points, and solar panels, as well as cycle storage.
