A couple were caught in a car 'in the throes of passion' by police.
Officers from Thames Valley Police rural crime taskforce came across the amorous pair in a Volkswagen Passat parked near Watlington last night (Thursday, October 17).
The red-faced pair "were advised to find somewhere a little more private", said the force.
During a busy shift, officers accompanied by a PCSO from the Faringdon neighbourhood team also assisted local units with an area search in Henley following a report of three people acting suspiciously on the Reading Road.
And a man was searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Aston Rowant nature reserve near the Chiltern Hills.
