The cheapest areas to rent in Oxfordshire have been revealed in a new study.

With constant inflation rises, the opportunity for first-time buyers to get a mortgage offer that is affordable and reasonable is proving very difficult.

This is leaving people turning to the rent market for property and due to this, BLG Development Finance and Online Marketing Surgery has created a Rent Report.

Ranking areas in Oxfordshire based on their average rent price so far this year, the study determines the best and worst areas to rent.
