A new managing director has been appointed to an Abingdon solicitors firm.
Crossland Employment Solicitors recently named Barry Ross, as its new director.
Former MD, Beverley Sunderland, will remain a partner and will increase her client focus.
Mr Ross was recruited in 2011 and promoted to director six years later.
He's expected to hold a more overt leadership role in the company, which is now an Employee Ownership Trust.
Mr Ross said: "I am delighted to take over the MD reins from Bev so she can concentrate on client work and provide her invaluable mentoring to the more junior team members.
"I want to thank Bev for her amazing support."
Elsewhere in the company, María Hoeritzauer and Owen Dear will become directors, with Kevin Charles staying as consulting barrister.
