Motorists are being delayed on key routes as heavy rainfall causes tricky driving conditions this morning (February 8).
There is congestion on the A34 near Abingdon after a crash has taken place.
This was reported by authorities at around 11.15am and police are on scene.

The AA has stated there are "severe delays" of over 15 minutes with an average speed of five mph between the Hinksey and Marcham Interchanges.
It comes as there are also delays across the border in Wiltshire for motorists travelling on the M4 due to flooding.
There have been significant delays on the key commuter route throughout the morning as floodwater has spilled onto part of a slip road by Junction 15.
The Met Office has forecast persistent rain across Oxfordshire throughout Thursday.
