ALAN CLARE, 51, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him in Berinsfield on June 3. Clare was given a community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

JUSTIN COOPER, 40, of Balfour Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath at Banbury police station, after he was stopped on suspicion of committing an offence under the Road Traffic Act. Cooper received a community order with a 30 day alcohol abstinence monitoring tag. He was banned from driving for 18 months and must pay £85 in costs.

JONATHAN NELSON, 35, of Northfield Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by calling a woman four times on August 3. The restraining order was imposed by a court in Stratford, London, in 2021. Nelson was given a community order with up to 50 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

FINLEY BOOKER, 18, of York Road, West Hagbourne, pleaded guilty to being drunk in charge of a Renault Clio on Ernest Road, Didcot, on September 10. Tests showed he had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £230 and given a 28 day disqualification from driving. He was ordered to pay £177 in costs and surcharge.

RONAN TILLER, 33, of Appleton Road, Cumnor, was convicted of drink driving a Rover City Rover on the A420 Botley Interchange on March 26. Tests showed he had 191mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of urine, for which the legal limit if 107mlgs. He was fined £500, banned from driving for 18 months and must pay £285 in costs and surcharge.

RONNIE COLLINS, 21, of Water Lane, Witney, pleaded guilty of affray in Bracegirdle Road, Headington, on June 27. The magistrates imposed a community order with a mental health treatment requirement and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £75 in compensation.

TYRONE HOLMES-SMITH, 36, of Iffley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to entering a property in Crowberry Road in breach of a closure order. He was given a community order banning him from going to the property in Crowberry Road, Oxford, for three months. He must also pay a £114 victim surcharge.

PAUL LAYTON, 52, of Littleworth, Faringdon, admitted damaging a computer monitor and assaulting a man by beating him in Carterton last September. He was fined £594 and ordered to pay £286.95 in compensation. Layton was also ordered to pay £85 in costs.
