A total of 42 patients in this county received a transplant, compared to 59 the year before.
There are currently 7,000 people on the active transplant waiting list in the UK, including 72 patients from Oxfordshire.
People from Oxfordshire are being urged to confirm their organ donation decision on the UK Organ Donor Register.
Nine out of 10 families honour their family member when the donor had confirmed their decision to donate on the Donor Register.
Anthony Clarkson, director of organ donation and transplantation at NHS Blood and Transplant said: “Over 50,000 people are alive in the UK thanks to the life-saving gift of organ donation.
"This wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our incredible donors and their families who have given support for donation."
The annual Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Activity Report shows that more than 4,500 patients received organs from 2,386 donors in the UK last year, a five per cent increase from 2021/22.
The NHS is insisting people confirm their donation decision by visiting the organ donation website, calling in or using the NHS app.
