A broken-down vehicle caused delays on a key stretch of the A34 southbound this morning (June 15).
The incident occurred between the Marcham Interchange near Abingdon and the Milton Interchange at Didcot.

Motorists were advised to expect delays and to proceed with caution.
The broken-down vehicle was first reported at around 10.30am.
It was cleared by 11.11am and traffic is now moving freely on the A34.

There was also disruption for bus passengers as the 11am Heathrow to Oxford Airline service was unable to operate.
The operator, Oxford Bus Company, apologised to passengers for any inconvenience caused by this.
