A riverside pub in Wallingford popular with locals is going on sale for the first time in 23 years.
The White Hart Hotel in Dorchester-on-Thames – a grade II listed property which dates back to the 1600s – has been put on the market.
The building has been owned by the same couple for 23 years, but now the pair have decided to retire.

It is currently on the market for £1.85 million with Colliers, the real estate firm.
The beloved venue is rated as the best hotel in Dorchester on ratings site Trip Advisor, blowing visitors away with its 24 ensuite bedrooms and 50-seat restaurant.
Though only small village, Dorchester-on-Thames is known as a "chocolate box" area and boasts lots of tourist attractions, including Dorchester Abbey.
