ONE of the UK’s fastest-growing pizza takeaway chains said it has had a successful opening in Abingdon.
Fireaway opened in St John Street earlier this month. The company has grown since first launching in London in 2016. They now have 130 stores.
Founder Mario Aleppo set out to create an ‘unrivalled pizza experience’ by going to Italy and meeting farmers who now send him their choicest peeled tomatoes directly from Naples.

All new branches are open from 12pm to 11pm seven days a week and are partnered with Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats.
A Fireaway spokesperson said: “We’re very happy with the turnout in Abingdon and it’s great to see yet another successful Grand Opening.
This brings us one step closer to our goal of having a Fireaway in every city in the UK.”
