A man has been fined by an Oxford court for not having third party insurance while on the road.
Luke Caudwell, of Sutton Wick Lane in Abingdon, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on June 28.
The court that on December 30 2021 Caudwell drove a blue Land Rover Freelander on Drayton Road, Drayton without third party insurance.

The 26-year-old was fined £660, made to pay a victim surcharge of £66, costs of £90 and was also handed six penalty points.
Under UK law It is illegal to drive a vehicle on a road or in a public place without at least 3rd party insurance.
Even if the vehicle itself is insured, if you’re not correctly insured to drive it you could get penalised.
