A 21-YEAR-old woman is due to stand trial for allegedly attending an inside gathering during tier 4 coronavirus pandemic restrictions last year.
Ella Trafford, of Thames View in Abingdon, has been charged of participating in a gathering of two or more people inside a private dwelling on February 20, 2021.
The alleged gathering took place at a Windmill Place in Wantage “without reasonable excuse and other than as permitted” by the restrictions at the time.

Oxfordshire moved into tier 4 restrictions on Boxing Day 2020. Restrictions including staying at home except for essential trips and working from home where possible.
People from outside your household could only come in if they were in a “support bubble”.
Trafford’s case has been adjourned until a trial date has been fixed.
