Among the cast is Rhys's Pieces, a one-person cabaret troupe from East London, performing dance, rap, drag and burlesque.
Over the past five years Rhys's Pieces has risen through the London scene and won awards.
The act challenges ideas of masculinity.
The show also stars Oedipussi Rex, who is the creator of a monthly cabaret gameshow called Dragiators, Scartist.
Host of the show, drag queen Ginger Tart, talks about bringing the show – which has been enjoyed in Oxford since 2016 – to a wider audience.
She said: "We were ecstatic to be invited to be a part of celebrating Pride in Didcot. We make our shows unapologetically queer, intersectional, and so much fun.

"This is a space where there are no rules about gender and where people can be creative and weird and truly express themselves, and we are excited to bring this to even more people."
