A MARTIAL arts club has performed a charity stage show to commemorate 25 years of running.
Phoenix Taekwondo School, based at the Willowbrook Leisure Centre in Didcot, performing a “unique” show at the Amey Theatre in Abingdon this month.
The show was called “ELEMENTS” and included different aspects from the Korean martial art of Taekwondo including patterns, sparring and wood breaking.

All proceeds from the tickets, which was £2,500, were donated to Be Free Young Carers, a charity which supports the lives and well-being of young carers in Oxfordshire.
A total of 120 martial artists took part, with the youngest being five years old, in the production that took over six months to prepare.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Didcot, Pam Siggers, and was completely sold out.
