MOTORISTS have been warned to be on the lookout for thieves after three men were spotted stealing catalytic converters.
The group were seen at 2.30am on Thursday in the gardens of homes in Chequers Place and Cross Roads, Cholsey, near Wallingford.

They were seen driving out of the Memories Of Bengal restaurant car park in Wallingford Road with no lights on.
Residents said the car was also seen in Moulsford at 10.20pm on Wednesday, where thieves were spotted taking catalytic converters using iron bars.

One villager's car has now been written off as a result and Thames Valley Police have been informed. An incident number has been issued but witnesses were unable to catch a registration number of the offenders' car.
Cholsey residents are now warning their neighbours to be vigilant and warn others.
