People who made a charitable donation could bring their cars to the stations between 10am and 4pm to have them washed by fire service staff.
Posting on social media on Saturday, the team at Bicester fire station said they worked “flat out” and thanked locals for their support.
The team added: “We’ve worked up an appetite and are extremely fortunate that Bicester Nando's have supported us with our lunch for the day.
“Thank you so much for supporting your local community it is much appreciated.”
