VOLUNTEERS organised a craft fair in Didcot to raise money for The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary.
The charity, which is based in Stadhampton, Oxford, is a non-profit organisation which helps rehome about about 500 animals every year.
The fair took place at the Didcot Civic Hall in Britwell Road last Saturday (9) and raised £416.
There were several stalls selling handcrafted items for animals such as hedgehog houses and knitted cat blankets. There were also greeting cards, plate stands and more.
The next fundraising event will be at the Abingdon Market Place on Saturday, April 16. A “keen supporter” of the charity will have their own tombola stall from 8am to 6pm.
