A teenager was attacked by three young males in Wantage car park.
On Thursday between 3pm and 3.30pm in the Beacon car park at the junction with Portway, a 15-year-old boy was assaulted by three young males.
When a member of the public stepped in to help the victim the offenders ran away in the direction of Church Street.
The attackers were all wearing tracksuits and facemasks.

Thames Valley police say the victim was not injured during the incident and are currently appealing for witnesses.
Investigating officer PC Carly Meads, based at Faringdon police station, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw this offence, or who has any other information which could relate to it.
“If you have any details which you think could help, please call us on 101, quoting reference number 43220151397.”
