Two people from the county appeared in court during the last six months for being in charge of a dangerous dog.
Both of the people appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
The Crown Prosecution Service states if any dog is dangerously out of control in any place, including private property, the owner or person in charge of the dog, is guilty of an offence.

Julian Dore
Dore, of Longore in Stonesfield, appeared in court on December 15.
44-year old Dore was found by the court to have been in charge of a Caucasian Shepard dog named Freya which was dangerously out of control in Pendle Court on June 30 2020.
While the dog was dangerous out of control it injured a man.
Court documents stated that unless the dog is kept under proper control by use of a muzzle, third party liability insurance and someone over the age of 18, then it must be ‘destroyed’.
Dore was fined £100, made to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.
George Collett
Collett, of Field Close in Stonesfield, also appeared at court on December 15.
33-year old Collett also appeared in court for being in charge of Freya, the dangerously out of control Caucasian Shepard dog.
