He wrote: “My team and I are truly honoured to have retained our Two Michelin Stars for the 38th year, along with the Green Michelin Star for a second year running. The Green Star represents our values, our culture and our passion for sustainability. I still remember the day I received my one Michelin Star; that incredibly proud feeling never fades.
I am proud of every one of the Le Manoir team, who without them, we would not have achieved such greatness.”
