Couples enjoyed a romantic Valentine's weekend learning how to make impressive cocktails.
The new Soirée bar, in Wallingford, created a Special Love themed cocktail menu for the evening.
Drinks included a creation called Dutch Courage, prepared with Bol’s Genever, lemon, almond, mint and peach bitters. A concoction called Japanese Kiss was prepared with Roku gin, lime, apple, Umeshu plum, sake, mint and jasmine.
The mixology masterclass saw guests learning how to create the tasty drinks under the expert guidance of bar manager and cocktail master James Purcell Lacey.
