SMITH Hazel Selina aged 88 years passed peacefully at Abingdon Court Care Home on 17th May. Former teacher at King Alfred's School Wantage, much loved wife to the late Sedge Smith, and mother of Jeremy, Hilary and Judith. Funeral service to take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium at 3pm on Wednesday 12th June. Family flowers only please. Donations are gratefully received for Bob Champion Cancer Trust.
