LAY Irene Of Sotwell Manor Fruit Farm, Sotwell. Passed away peacefully on the 15th April 2024 at Sotwell Hill House, aged 96 years. Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Funeral Service on Tuesday 7th May 2024 at South Oxfordshire Crematorium Garford at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, for either the British Heart Foundation or Cancer Research UK via IreneLay.muchloved.comTributes

Was this the lovely, quiet dignified lady who used to sit in the kiosk at Brightwell POY strawberry fields? If so, she was a lovely person. Condolences to family & RIP Irene.
