ROWLAND Barbara Isabel Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 30th May, 2023, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife to the late Ivor, greatly loved mother of Mark and Neil, much loved grandma to Simon, Dom, Jamie, Luke and Lewis. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 28th June 2023 at St Peter & Paul's Church, Wantage at 11.00am.
