JOLLY John (Jack) Passed peacefully away at John Radcliffe Hospital on 12th September 2022, aged 87 years. Loving husband to Joyce, dad to Susan and Carol, father-in-law to Philip and Martin, grandad to Matthew, Kelly, Aaron and Cameron, pops to Ava, Belle, Albie and Rory. Thank you to the Doctors and staff at Oak Tree Surgery. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 29th September, 11am at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford. Family flowers only.
