PARSONS Julia Passed away peacefully on Saturday 27th August, aged 89 years. Loving wife of Ian, devoted mother of Rupert and William and a much loved mother-in-law of Samantha. She will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew her. Funeral service to take place on Friday 16th September, 3pm at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford. Family flowers only.
