PARSONS Julia Passed away peacefully on Saturday 27th August, aged 89 years. Loving wife of Ian, devoted mother of Rupert and William and a much loved mother-in-law of Samantha. She will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew her. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held on Saturday 17th September, 12pm at St Michaels Church, Blewbury.
