EXCELL Frederick (Fred) Former Didcot Town Councillor and Mayor Passed away peacefully at home on the 15th October 2021 aged 90 years. His children Keith Julie Steven and Sarah were at his side and will sadly miss him as will his wider family and friends. A private cremation service will take place followed by a thanksgiving service at the Didcot Baptist Church on Friday 29th October 2021 at 3pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to SENSE and Bowel Cancer Charity c/o R&H Baker Funeral Director 40 Wantage Road Didcot Oxon OX11 0BT.
