CALLAGHAN Patrick Peacefully died in Perth Western Australia on 7th August aged 86. Beloved Husband of his late Wife Audrey, a loving Father of Christopher and Rosemary, Grandfather to Rebecca, Nicholas and Hannah and Great Grandfather to Eddie. Greatly missed by friends and family. Memorial Service to take place as soon as Australian covid restrictions are lifted.
