SEDDON Bill Died peacefully on 14th April 2021, aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband of Stella, adored dad of Matthew and Emily and treasured grandad of Elliot and James. Bill will be desperately missed by his sister-in-law Ann and all his family and friends. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Refugee Council c/o Edward Carter (FD), 15 Newbury Street, Wantage, OX12 8BU.
