CAMPBELL Ian Tiffin (Campbell's Opticians, Wantage) Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on Monday 9th November 2020 aged 94 years Beloved Husband of the late Aileen, much loved Father of Fiona and Marianne, Father in Law to Brian, and Papa to Andy and Heather. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. In view of Covid 19 restrictions a private funeral service will be held. Donations, if desired, would be appreciated for the R.N.L.I.
