SWIFT (formerly WELLS) Patricia Anne Passed away at home on 8th February. Loving friend to Tony, beloved twin sister to Nicola and beloved sister to Christine & Deborah and aunt to Alice, Sophie, John, Joseph & Rory. Funeral service to take place at the Directors' Chapel, Co-operative Funeral Care, Abertillery on Friday 13th March at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
