HOARE Phil (Formerly of Wantage) Passed away peacefully on the 19th November 2019, aged 77 years. He will be greatly missed by his family. Funeral service to take place on Monday 16th December, 12pm at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired for Dementia UK.
