HIGGS Margaret Ann Passed away peacefully on Saturday 12th October aged 83 years. Beloved Wife to the late Rex. Loving Mum to Kevin and Anthony and a wonderful Gran and Great-Gran. Margaret will be missed greatly by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place on Friday 15th November 11am St James The Great Church Radley followed by Committal at Oxford Crematorium.
