TAVENER Terry Peacefully surrounded by his family at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 16th October 2019, aged 76 years. Much loved husband of Ann, beloved dad of James, Tim, Marie and Emma and special grandad of nine. A dearly loved brother of Brian and Vivien and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford on Thursday 31st October at 12.00 noon. Colourful clothing preferred. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Sobell House Hospice Charity c/o Edward Carter (FD), 15 Newbury Street, Wantage, OX12 8BU.
