WELLMAN Thomas Albert Passed away after a long illness at Sobell House Hospice on 24th September 2018, aged 72 years. Beloved husband to Sylvia, father to Emma & Tim. Loving step-father, grandfather & great grandfather. He will be sadly missed, but not forgotten. Funeral service to be held on Monday 15th October, 11am, at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford, OX13 5PA. Family Flowers only please.
