Passey Cyril Norman (Ned) Passed away peacefully at The John Radcliffe Hospital on the 6th July 2018 aged 96 years. He will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday 31st July 2018 at St Helen's Church Benson at 2.30pm.
