HARRIS Valerie Ann Sadly Val passed away on 23rd June 2018 at St Joseph's Care Home. Val, did spent a large portion of her life living & working in the Abingdon area as a Midwife, then moved back to be home in Essex. Her funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church Runwell Essex on Monday 16th July at 10:00. The cremation will follow at 12:00. If possible please come to say goodbye!

Val, I was only recently reminiscing to a friend about how much fun you used to make the challenge of "cross marking", when we all worked together years ago at Oxford Brookes University. I'm sad to know your bright spirit and sharp intellect has left this world, but I feel sure you have been restored in the next. Rest easy Valerie, no more home deliveries or cross marking to worry about now; you have more than done your part. Lynne xx
