Smith Patricia Mary Much loved Mum to Sue, Dawn and Paul. Grandma to Nick, Luke, Josh, Lee, James and Sam. Great-Grandma to Lucka and Mollie. Sister to Ted and Marion. Passed away peacefully at The John Radcliffe Hospital on the 26th February 2018. Funeral Service on Friday 23rd March 2018 at South Oxfordshire Crematorium Garford at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please.
