BELCHER Ian Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on 16th February 2018, aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband of Val, much loved dad of Sally and Clair, special Gar of Jack, Harry, Alfie, Joseph and Max. Ian will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at SS Peter and Paul Church, Wantage on Thursday 8th March at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Parkinson's UK c/o Edward Carter (FD), 15 Newbury Street, Wantage, OX12 8BU
