Notice of Application for a Premises Licence - The Earth Trust

Notice is given that The Earth Trust has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council on April 23 2012 for a premises license to use the premises of Festival Field at the Earth Trust Centre for the official South Oxfordshire Jubilee Beacon Party on Monday, June 4, 2012 from 11.00 to 23.00 for a family event for all ages to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee and the Beacon Lighting.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/ her representation by May 21, 2012, stating the grounds for making the said representation to the Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 8NL.

A record of the application can be inspected at the above address during office hours.

Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises license, and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
