To whom it may concern, take note that I, Brian James Orton give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation of a Premises licence for The Comrades Club, Wood Street, Wallingford, Oxon OX10 0BD in respect of change of closing hours option to have an extra hour if needed normal closing hours 23:00.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 8NL before 2nd April 2012 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
