Hackney Carriage or Private Hire vehicles that are in band B or below, based on the current vehicle tax bands (vehicles that produce less than 110 g/km of CO2) or wheelchair accessible vehicles (with IVA or ESVA conformity and M1 approved or European Community whole vehicle type approval) £85

In accordance with the provisions of Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, South Oxfordshire District Council is consulting on proposals for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire licensing fees to take effect from 1 May 2012.
