WH Productions Ltd., Oxfordshire - Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003 Application (for a new) Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate
To whom it may concern, take note that we, Antony Hansen & Charles Worthy (WH Productions LTD), give notice that we have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Grove Farms, Harwell Oxfordshire 0X13 6AD, and that we have applied (for the) conditions of the licence in respect of a music and arts event to be held on one long weekend of the year.
Listed below are the licensable criteria we have applied for
Live Music from 1100 - Midnight Saturday and 1100 - Midnight Sunday.
Recorded Music - Friday afternoon for testing music systems then 1100 Saturday until 0300 Sunday and 1100 Sunday until 0130 Monday.
Performance of Dance from 1100 Saturday until 0300 Sunday and 1100 Sunday until 0130 Monday.
Provisions for facilities of making Music from 1100 Saturday until 0300 Sunday and 1100 Sunday until 0130 Monday.
Provisions for facilities of Dancing from 1100 Saturday until 0300 Sunday and 1100 Sunday until 0130 Monday.
Late Night Refreshments from 2300 Friday until midnight then 1100 Saturday until 0330 Sunday and 1100 Sunday until 0200 Monday.
Supply of Alcohol from 11am - 3.30am Saturday and 11am - 2am Sunday.
Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 03/03/2012 (insert date of 28 days after the date on which the application was made) and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
