Application to a new Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate

To whom it may concern, take note that we, Antony Hansen & Charles Worthy (WH Productions), give notice that we have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Grove Farms Harwell Didcot Oxfordshire 0X13 6AD, and that we have applied (for the) conditions of the licence in respect of A Music and Arts event to be held between the 21st and 22nd of July 2012.

Listed below are the intended criteria of the event.

Live music, Dancing, Camping, Comedy, Recorded music, Live Art Demonstrations.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, 0X14 3JE before 03/03/2012 (insert date of 28 days after the date on which the application was made) and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
